1. Hull and piping repairing with WPS, welder approved by ABS, CCS, DNV, LR.

2. Ballast tanks hydro-ballast and coating upgrading to accommodate the MSC. 525(106)

‘WBT excluding double bottom if less than GOOD Coating condition, to be upgraded or annual internal inspection+/UTM. And the same for void space to double side skin bulk carrier if exceeding 20 years and of 150m in length and upwards effective from 2024-07-01’

3. Heat exchange cleaning, overhauling and assembling.

4. Hydraulic device inspection and repairing.

5. Hatch Cover, watertight door, ramp door inspection and repairing

6. Insulation material and anti-splash taps dress-up

7. Cable routing research, laying and connection with electronic device.

8. UTM, FFE, LSA, Radio, VDR service and repairing to our qualified sub-contractor.

9. Engine turbine, governor, engine overhauling and inspection

10. Pre-PSC inspection, on/off-hire inspection, ship visit
